Payments are conducted in Euros. If product availability is limited or prolonged unreasonably buyer will be contacted. Any possible taxes and customs fees are not included and customer may have to pay them if needed when ordering products outside of the European Union single market area. Within Finland the items will be shipped via Posti and orders abroad via either DHL Express or UPS.
All possible taxes and customs fees regarding deliveries outside of Finland will not be paid for you and are your responsibility.
Products are stored and shipped from Finland.
Delivery times
Products will be collected ready for shipment within 1-3 working days. We inform our clients as soon as possible about possible delays. Delivery times to Finland 2-5 working days and abroad 2-10 working days from the day the order was placed.
Reclamations
